However, I hope that the two of you (and anyone else) doesn't decide what Israel, and The Israelis are like based on this one half-assed documentary, which I would be hard-pressed to even call bias, since there isnt a single person interviewed on behalf of Israel.

The same people, could probably cross the borders, and do the exact same "documentary" for Israel, against Palestine, and people would be claiming the same thing about them, the Palestinians kill Israelis all the time to for little or no reason (or the same reason), the main difference is weapons, Israel has funding, Palestine doesn't.

Israel is backed by the US
Palestine is partially backed by the parts of the UN (sometimes, and not other times)
I wouldnt call it shocking though, its basically been going on for 100 years. And much longer for neighbouring countries, thats just what happens when your societies are so strongly based on religion. The only reason most of the west "gets along" is because the main religion is basically the same, involving some (interpreted) guy on a cross and the like.
